Indiana Jones Game
March 9, 2021
Bethesda has just teased a new project from Wolfenstein developer MachineGames, and it will be an Indiana Jones game.
In a short statement released via Twitter, Bethesda described the project as an original story that won’t be based on a film.
“It’ll be some time before we have more to reveal,” Bethesda stated, “but we’re very excited to share today’s news.”
Here’s what we learned from the brief trailer the studio released:
A desk covered in items belonging to Jones includes books on ancient monuments, a college coffee mug, a battered diary, a compass, a plane ticket to Rome, and a passport stamped by Bethesda. Logos for MachineGames and the new Lucasfilm Games division pop up on an antique typewriter and camera.
Then, we find Jones’ classic hat and whip as the start of the series’ theme kicks in.
