Rollin’ Smoke is one of Las Vegas’s hidden gems, and hands down the best barbeque place in the city, boasting classic southern-style cooking and a passionate father-son team.

So what characterizes the best barbecue? Low to moderate prices? Check. A wide variety of menu options to cater to everyone’s needs? Check. Friendly staff and low wait times? You bet! Above all, it has absolutely delightful fall-off-the-bone hickory smoked barbecue. Personally, I recommend the duo choice of 2 meats. You are given the option of brisket, pork, ¼ chicken/ 2 spare ribs, and hot links. To be honest, you can’t go wrong with any of those meats, but I usually order the brisket and ribs, which have never disappointed. Additionally, the combo comes with some classic barbecue sauces, as well as a variety of sides, including mac n cheese, corn bread, and some of the best waffle fries I’ve had period. For those looking for variety, Rollin’ Smoke offers large platters, sandwiches, salads, wraps, kid friendly options, and even desserts. Everyone can find something to enjoy at this cozy corner.

Let’s address the elephant in the room. Amidst Covid-19, not everyone is willing or able to go out to eat. Don’t fret! Rollin’ Smoke offers Uber Eats, Grubhub, Doordash, and contactless delivery, meaning you can still enjoy the wonderful barbecue from the safety of your home.
